explain COPPA, this web page coming from the U. S. Department of Energy's
Energy Information Administration is interesting to others as well. It
describes in simple language the electronic tracking that occurs when an
online user accesses this government web site.

and the California Law: Reproductive Health Rights
This section, "Minors' Reproductive Health Rights in California",
is presented by Planned Parenthood Golden Gate and offers a general and
brief discussion of California law and parental notification and minors'
rights in this area. A related Planned Parenthood Federation of
America site, Laws
Requiring Parental Consent or Notification for Minors' Abortions,
offers a summary of three categories under which such laws fall.
